I have 2 instances of Outlook running. One on my main monitor that shows my emails and the other on monitor 5 (4th monitor that is vertical and split in half by DF). I set up a function to open outlook. In the triggers page I set up a trigger to open outlook when DF starts and then a window created function to move it to the specific monitor. When I double click an email to view it outside of my mail box or open a scheduled/new meeting a new instance of Outlook mailbox opens up. How do I fix this?

It looks like your trigger is set to open the Calendar app whenever a window is created that matches the Outlook process. If you change that to be "Process Created" instead of "Window Created" it might give you the result you're looking for.

Thank you so much for the help! I have changed the settings in the trigger to process created and so far have not had any new windows open. :)
