I would suggest modifying the layout of the monitor configuration page, so that the scrollbar does not apply to the bottom row of buttons (Help, Ok, Cancel, and Apply) (IE they should remain visible at all times)

Also it would be nice if we could adjust the height/width of all the options window (via dragging the edges of the page), I use 1600x900 display size on my monitors, and medium (125%) scaling, so the windows take up most of the screen anyways...
