I regularly access my work machine over RDP.
Recently I noticed that wallpaper was changing while in an RDP session.
When you had provided the "Pause wallpaper changes while in a remote desktop session (RDP)" setting I had enabled it. Now I notice this checkbox will not set, even with elevation.
I guess something is broken; must have been a few betas ago, but is still apparent?
