I rely heavily on having pinned documents within a pinned program on the task bar. I.e. if I right click on the excel icon I would have a list of pinned, and then recent items. I no longer have my pinned icons and can't figure out how to add pinned items.

I also notice it is only that way on one monitor, not both.

Ok Once that's fixed I'll be able to justify the expense!
