I have a three monitor setup with different programs pinned to each monitor. The center monitor when I pin programs it tries to open something else. For example, I have the Google browser pinned but when I click to open it instead of opening Chrome it tries to open Blender. This issue happens with other programs as well and so far seems to only try and open Blender. It is inconsistent though, some programs have no issue and work as expected, but so far it is only Blender that gets opened, or tries to get opened and only on the center monitor. Thing is it does not even open Blender, it starts and then fails and closes. What could be causing this?
Note to, I have tried unistalling Display Fusion and doing a clean install and also have tried unistalling Blender and a clean install and the issue is persistent.

Could you right click a pinned icon on the taskbar that's doing this and select "Edit this pinned item", and send me over a screenshot of the window that appears?
