Hi, I have two monitors, both set to native 1920x1080.

However, when I play BF4, I use the in-game setting resolution of 1280x1024. When I enter the game (in fullscreen mode) my other monitor gets a 'squished' appearance where the windows which were open are pushed to the right side of the screen. Also, the other windows open on my gaming monitor seem to be split across to the other screen too.

The taskbars are also split/squished.

It's like the resolution of the game is pushing the windows to the right. Please help.

Kind regards,

Mako

Unfortunately this is a Windows issue that's not possible to workaround using software, sorry!

OK thanks... and lol because I just purchased it in a sale from Steam :/

At least I can have separate taskbars and wallpapers I guess.

Also, I found a workaround by setting my gaming monitor as 2nd screen. It means the screens are the wrong way round but at least it kinda fixes the issue

Glad to hear you found a workaround! I'll keep that one handy in case anyone else runs into the same issue. Thank you for your purchase as well :)

no problem... also, I found selecting the option:

window management ->
mouse management ->
(tick) wrap cursor around left/right monitor edges

and the mouse cursor is able to move from right to left monitors. (without it ticked you cant do this, as the monitors are detected in the opposite way round) Works a treat :D
