I'm having an issue with Display Fusion setting portrait mode for my monitor.

Basically when setting resolution from display fusion the monitor image is too small and not scaled correctly.(check attachment)
This seems pretty random as sometimes it sets it correctly and sometimes not. This only happens with portrait mode and flipped portrait mode, normal modes works correctly always!

If I set resolution from windows display settings it sets it correctly for portrait always, so I'm pretty sure this is software bug.

I have pretty special configuration and it might be related to that somehow.

I'm using my second monitor(LG ips234v) as portrait through Displaylink box.

If you set it to Portrait first, apply it, then change the resolution, apply, and change the resolution back, does that make it work?

Nope, I tried every possible way to do that from Display fusion.

1. Lanscape -> portrait.
2. Changing resolution to different and doing the same.
3. Changing resolution inside portrait to different and back.

I found one way to make it work:
1. Change monitor resolution to smaller
*I tried applying resolution directly to correct one, same problem
2. If I load my monitor profile from changed resolution it works. But it does not work from TV profile to game profile..

Ok, thanks for trying that! We're making some monitor configuration changes for the next beta that should hopefully fix up this issue. We'll post an update here when it's available so that you can try it out.

Thanks!

Ok, we've just posted 9.6 Beta 4. Could you give it a try and let me know how it works out?

Quick testing(like 6 times)
Changing between profiles seems to work now(as long as those are set correctly)

But issue is still there if you change orientation to portrait or flipped from monitor configuration window.

Ok, glad to hear the profiles are loading correctly! We'll do some more testing here to see if we can reproduce that issue that happens when you manually change it and if we are able to, we'll get it fixed up :)

Now it's basically usable again!8)
Feel free to ask more if needed(I'm working deeply in system administration/development) and am happy to help if I can.

Thanks already for quick support!

I haven't been able to reproduce the Portrait mode thing here in testing. If you connect the monitor directly, instead of via DisplayLink, does it have the same issue?

Seems to be displaylink related. Does not happen with direct cable.

Ok thanks! I'll re-test with a DisplayLink adapter tomorrow and see what happens :)

We were able to reproduce this here still with 9.6 Beta 5, so we'll have another look at it and see what we can find out :)

Thanks!

This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
