Unfortunately not at the moment. When setting the Windows taskbar position, it must be along a screen edge, and with a Surround setup, the screen edge is the far left or right, and it's not something we can override with DisplayFusion. Sorry!
If you enable the DisplayFusion taskbars, you could set them all to the left position and hide the taskbars on the left/right monitors, for sure. You would then end up with a DisplayFusion taskbar on the middle monitor, and the Windows taskbar on the left monitor.
