Scenario is:
Power off the screens
Leave machine running
Power screens on again
Displays flicker, unable to access any application or even the start menu for 3 to 4 minutes

Seeking guidance beyond just leaving the monitors powered on all the time.

Basic details:
Name: DisplayFusion Pro v3.4.1
Build Date: Jan 03, 2012 09:56
Pro: True

Win 7-64 ultimate, Quad Core, 16GB RAM
ATI RADEON HD 6800 with two DELL 2711
ATI RADEON HD 4550 with SAMSUNG 2343

Thanks.

What type of connection are the monitors? (HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI)?

Thanks!

Hi Keith,

The two DELL's are DisplayPort, the SAMSUNG is a DVI.

Ok, DisplayPort monitors are kind of weird. They actually disconnect from the system when powered off, so powering them back on will definitely cause a bit of flicker as the system detects the monitors, but it definitely shouldn't last for more than 60 seconds. Does the same problem occur when DisplayFusion isn't running?
