Hi, I have a multiple display setup as follows (L-R):

Landscape: 1920x1200, Landscape: 2560x1440, Portrait, 1200x1920

I've enabled "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging on unaligned monitor edges" in Settings -> Window Management and the feature does not seem to be working as described in Untitled-1.png

Is there another option that I have overlooked?

Thank you.

Can you try rebooting your machine after enabling that setting? It's possible that the hooks didn't load up correctly after enabling the setting, but a reboot should fix that. If not, could you send us a debug log?
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

Hi Keith,

Disabled the setting and rebooted my machine. Enabled and rebooted again. Did not work, however while going through your steps to enable logging; after enabling L1 logging and restarting DisplayFusion, the setting finally works.

I wonder why it never worked properly between the times I rebooted my PC yet when physically restarting DisplayFusion it did.

Thanks for your help.

That's weird indeed! Glad to hear it's working now. Please let me know if you run into trouble again :)

Thanks!
