I have a dual monitor setup.
I would like to game on monitor 2 (using a wireless Xbox One controller) while doing work on monitor 1 (with my mouse).
I have a trigger set with the following options Move Window to Selected Monitor #2, Wait 6000ms, Run Function Prevent Window Deactivation whenever a Game is run (Process Filename enabled).
The game Dark Souls III The Ringed City starts up on Monitor 2 and I hear the 'swoosh' of Prevent Deactivation. I am able to move the mouse to Monitor 1 but as soon as I click anywhere on monitor 1 I lose Xbox controller functionality on Monitor 2. The same behaviour occurs when running the game in fullscreen or windowed mode.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a way to lock the Xbox controller as input device to either Monitor 2 or when games are run (as in to overide the need for the mouse)?

Did the game minimize? Or stay on the screen and just lose input?

Thanks for the reply!

The game stays in the screen (window or fullscreen) but just losses input.

Ah ok, unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done there. DisplayFusion just prevents the game from getting the Windows message that says it lost focus, to keep it from minimizing, but it can't force input back to the game window.

Sorry :(
