Setup: Win7 x64. Single monitor is split into 2 virtual monitors with the latest DF.

Problem: A particular application calls a screen layout protocol according to the number of physical monitors reported by the OS. Although DF creates 2 VMs (1.1 and 1.2) that behave as such with most programs, the application still sees only 1 physical monitor and calls the protocol for a single monitor setup. At full screen the application does span both VMs, but with a single monitor protocol rather than a 2 monitor protocol.

Question: Can DF force a report to my application that there are 2 physical monitors (1.1, 2.1) instead of the single monitor (1.1 and 1.2)?

Thank you.

Unfortunately not :(

DisplayFusion doesn't have a way to fake Windows or other applications into thinking there are actually two monitors, it just hooks the maximize function of regular application windows and resizes them to the configured split size.

Sorry!
