I'm trying to use the monitor splits and padding option but when I tried to apply the configuration gives me the following error:

An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Please check your settings and try again.
Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 87]

Ok, for some reason DisplayFusion isn't picking up the details for your graphics card. Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks! I need to pass this up to our devs, for some reason the test tool can get your video card info but not DisplayFusion.

We haven't been able to sort it out yet, sorry. Would you like to roll back to a previous version for now until we can get this sorted out?

Ok, we had to make some changes to the test tool, could you download it again and attach a new copy of the info?
