I have a program I use (Activinspire) that has a splash screen. I can get the splash screen going to the monitor I want to use for it, but when the program opens, it always reverts to the main monitor. Then I have to manually move the program to the monitor I want to use with that program. Is there a way to force this program to switch monitors automatically after the main program opens?
