I think this is new in 3.0.3, but when you make an edit to your wallpaper and click "Apply" you are prompted with "Do you want to apply these Wallpaper settings now". I'm used to seeing this when I click "Ok", but having it appear when I click "Apply" seems a bit redundant.

I think if you were doing something more important than wallpaper, you might want the extra prompt, but you're pretty sure you know what you're doing when you hit 'apply', so it does seem a bit redundant.
