Hello,
I am using the 6.0 beta trial and I was using the 5.1 version before both seem to have the same issue where I have almost 400 images for the app to chose from and it changes once an hour however it only choses from maybe 1-2 dozen where the same images keep coming up. Is there a specific file type, size, or resolution restriction?
Thanks in advance...
Could you try updating to 6.0 Beta 3 (just released today), and enable the "Wallpaper: Use in-memory collection" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window? You'll need to restart DisplayFusion after enabling that setting, but it should make the random selection much better.

Looks like its doing better. I have seen some wallpapers I was not seeing before. I'll let it run for a few days and report back.
Thanks

So its been about 2 weeks now and I'm running it on two different machines. I have noticed the same set of images, different set then the previous version, but still a very small subset of all the images keep repeating. I do not believe this issue is resolved in beta3.

I'm going to keep track of which photos it loads over the next week. I have 1 27" and 2 20" monitors each with a different wallpaper and its set to change once an hour so I should be able to get some good data.

So far its doing better than the past. I am 44 of 53 files used in one pool and 28 of 319 in the other pool. It has duplicated a few times but with randomness nothing more than expected. I'm going to continue letting it run this week and see how the larger pool does. I also want to test dropping new files in these folders and seeing if it melds them into the random choices without a restart.

I'm satisfied that this issue is resolved. It passed all my tested although it does seem to prefer certain images over others it is cycling through them all. The larger batch only time will tell.
