This only happens when i run display fusion (or i can only notice it when it is running) But at times the titlebar icon will appear in random location on my desktop, but there will be no window associated with it. When i click on it, it does what it is supposed to and transfers the "window" to the opposite screen, but will also open on of my Windows apps. I have checked my task manager when they appear to see if they are opening in the background but they do not register as an open window. only after i click the icon do they appear and register in Task Manager

I have the same problem, it opens 4 apps: "get started", Calculator, "music Groove", and "alarm and clocks" I close them and they come back. It does not seem to follow a pattern with respect to time. I get Windows store as well sometimes but it always opens 4 apps. It will show on the Display fusion taskbar but not on the Windows one. In my case they open at the same last locations.

Same here with 7.2 pro. When ever the monitor shuts off, as soon as I bring it back up the Windows Store and now calculator app is always opened on my second monitor. I disabled DF to make sure that was the problem, and it didn't do it then, so it's something in DF.

I have sent a report ticket to both Jon Tackabury and the support team, hopefully i will get a reply within the next few days with what is going on. I wanna keep using DF, but if this keeps happening, I have to keep it off. and Yea i am using the 7.2 Pro from Steam.
Hey guys! This is a known issue, due to the fact that when DF gets the window info (using Windows APIs) from Universal apps, they look exactly the same if they're minimized or "closed." They're both in a "Suspended" state, with the exact same window properties and dimension. For some reason, Windows 10 re-opens (but in the "closed" suspended states) previously used Universal apps for reasons I haven't been able to figure out yet, so then they get buttons on the DF taskbar, because we have to assume they're open but minimized.
At any rate, we have this on our list, and we're working hard to try and sort it out as soon as possible. I'll be sure to post an update when we're able to get it all fixed up.
Thanks!

Awesome. Thanks Keith! I was just getting ready to post that they opened on me when working today, without the monitors being in PS mode.

Why is there no way to unsubscribe from "My Discussions"?
I get an email every time someone replies here and it's really annoying since the issue is solved for me. I'm honestly thinking about marking it as spam since there apparently is no way to unsubscribe from this.
@chb80: BTW, you can just use the workaround I posted. It's way easier and more efficient than fiddling around with bug reports etc.
