Hi, I apologize if this has been asked before, but if you have the program set to display pictures from a subdirectory on the computer, will the pictures cycle through all available pictures randomly until they've all been shown and then start over, or does it just purely choose at random each time from the available pictures?

Thanks for the great software and the pricing the Pro version so attractively.

Hi Greg,
DisplayFusion just chooses a random file each time, but it won't choose the same file 2 times in a row and it won't choose the same file for both monitors. Is this the information you were looking for?

Thanks,
Jon

No, I believe he is asking if it marks off which WPs it has used, which I can confirm it does not, at least for the previous version. As for this version I jsut DLed it so I can't tell ya...... Gimme a day.

Hi, you're both right, in that I'd like for it to do what pyrobob wrote, but Jon's answer tells me what I wanted to know (that it doesn't currently do that).

Thank you! And I have to say I'm quite pleased with the software.

I've also noticed that the pictures don't cycle through all that are available in a designated folder before starting over, & always wished they would. I thought that this thread was heading in that direction, but nobody specifically requested that feature...so let me be the first to make that request (or at least have it as an option).

Another nice feature would be to select which images are shown. For example, hidden images are now shown. It would be nice to be able to de-select hidden images, or at least have some means to set the minimum image size (to control what is being selected).

Hi John,
One of the features I am working on for a future release is the ability to specify a minimum image size, and DisplayFusion will ignore everything smaller than that. I don't have a release date planned yet, but if you have auto-update enabled you'll know as soon as I release it. :)

Thanks,
Jon
