2 issues cropped up and I don't remember if I set some settings before.
1. When my computer goes to sleep, the Apps I have distributed between monitors consolidate onto the primary monitor and I have to reorganize them.
2. When I open a application from the taskbar on a monitor other than primary the new app always opens on the primary, and I would like it to open on the monitor I start it on.
Help is appreciated.
