Hi Keith;

I have two programs that are giving me screen location issues since their last update. I'm using the DF target method with Run Selected Function to set the location.

The first is Glary Utilities. It moves to the designated screen, but appears for a second or two on my primary monitor. Child screens refuse to move to new location.

The second is PDFZilla. I just flat refuses to be moved to the selected screen when started. It also will not show the DF titlebar buttons.

I know there probably isn't much you can do, but maybe you have an "in" with the developers?

It's normal for it to open on one screen and then move to the designated screen, as some times we can't catch the window before it's displayed :)

I'll add the Glary child windows to our list, as well as PDFZilla, and we'll see if there's anything we can do from our end to make them work with Window Location rules.

Thanks!

Side note: I'm not ashamed to say that I had to look up the definition of "recalcitrant." Well played, sir!

We've released DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 16 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and PDFZilla should now work with Window Location rules.

Thanks!

It should also work with Glary Utilities, if you change the Application for the Window Location rule to: *\Glary Utilities 3*
