Hey guys!

I've been using DF 4.3 ever since it was released... I did notice something with the Monitor Configuration Screen that seemed a little odd, but I'll get to that in a sec.

First, my configuration:

2 AOC 24" Monitors (1 on DVI, the other on VGA) and 1 Hitachi HTV (HDMI)

MSI nvidia 9800GT (1GB)

Now with that out of the way...

I have 9 different configuration profiles for my 3 monitors. I recently made some changes to my A/V setup and had to go back and reconfigure my profiles to meet my new setup. My converter box has to have a 60Hz Refresh rate in order to display properly so I made the adjustments and hit apply. (To make sure it worked right... and it did) Then I saved the updated configuration (overwrote the old profile), switched profiles (testing everything) and noticed that the Refresh rate reverted back to 30Hz! Seems like every time you apply the settings it does this. This was driving me crazy! I did figure out a 'workaround' for this:

1. Setup your configuration how you want it.

2. Save the profile immediately after you have your settings right! DO NOT HIT APPLY!!!

This method saved the profile correctly (with the correct refresh rate) and seems to be working.

Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Display Fusion ROCKS! Keep up the good work guys!

Thanks for making such a great piece of software!

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue here unfortunately. Would you be able to do the following to help us troubleshoot?
  • Backup your DisplayFusion Settings (Options tab)
  • Change the refresh rate and click Apply
  • Save the profile, make a second backup of your settings
  • Switch to another profile, then back, and make a third backup of your settings (when it's broken)
  • Attach all three backups here, and let me know the name of the profile you were using to test
  • Also let me know what the refresh rate should be (what you changed it to in step 2 above), and what actually gets set when you load the profile
This should help me see what's getting set versus what's getting loaded.

Thanks!
