I'm talking about these two little things.

So yeah I fit the issue all in the title pretty much, this is on Windows 10-x64 w/ Fall Creators
Update, and I literally just came from 8.1.2 to 9.0 Beta5, actually I then went back and forth between versions several times... so I made sure to note that this was not the behavior in 8.1.2 that I instantly noticed with 9.0 Beta5.

Please find a solution to this because I use the Clock a lot on my second monitor and it's really jarring seeing it pop up on Primary, then shoot over. Again it works perfectly fine in 8.1.2.

The "Speakers" context menu also does the same thing but it starts at the top of my primary monitor which is even weirder.
