Hello, I downloaded this software to get virtual monitors. I run 6 monitors at my desk, I need to split one of them into three, for some small windows I run (no point in adding additional monitors). Local apps run just fine and understand the splits, however, remote apps (which are the ones I need the splits for) do not seem to understand this, and open up the full window. I had hoped that this would create virtual monitors within Windows, this doesn't seem to be the case, as windows display manager only shows one display where I have split it into three. Is there anything I can do?
What type of server are you connecting to for the remote applications. Citrix XenApp or Microsoft RemoteApp, or something else? The DisplayFusion functions definitely don't work on Citrix. I haven't tested any other remote app solutions though.

Actually, Displayfusion DOES work with Citrix. At least it used to. I installed Displayfusion last year, and it worked perfectly with Citrix. Last week, I bought a 32-inch monitor and updated Displayfusion because things weren't working quite as they should on the new monitor.
Updating the program fixed the 32-inch monitor issue, but now Citrix doesn't doesn't respond to my keyboard shortcuts! It does respond to dragging the monitor to the side of the screen and resizing to half the monitor (a built-in Windows feature I think).
Any ideas?

That's a good thought! Still doesn't work though. It did work once upon a time (a year ago), so the answer is out there somewhere in an older version.

After a reset, there's a bit of a change - the Citrix windows itself resizes, but the individual windows within do not (they did before as though I was running everything natively). Things act a little funny on this 4K monitor; the electronic medical record is having trouble comprehending the insane resolution. I'll try it again when I dock with my non-4K monitor at work and post an update.
Do you remember which DisplayFusion version was working for you with Citrix?

Either 7.1 or 7.2. Whatever was available July 2015.

Turns out I had 7.2 in my downloads folder. Citrix works! I'm back to my original problem now however - on my 32-inch 4K monitor, the Move Window functions are not functioning properly. It's as though DisplayFusion only uses 60% of the monitor, cutting out the bottom and right-most parts of the screen. All the move and resize functions adhere to this imaginary 60% monitor. The latest version fixed this though (but killed the Citrix resize).
Ideas?
You guys are ultra fast in your responses. Thanks much!

Here you go.
Just in case this info helps, I'm using a Lenovo 450s laptop. When roaming around with just the laptop, things work fine. Things work fine as well at the office when the laptop is docked, with the dock connected to a Dell Ultrasharp 27 inch non 4K monitor.
At home, I have another dock attached to an Acer B326HK 32-inch 4K monitor. This is where the resizing problems arise. All this worked fine with the latest version, except with Citrix no longer responsive.
Since downgrading to 7.2, I've worked at home with the big monitor, and I'm roaming right now with everything working fine on the laptop.
Thanks!

If ever you guys come up with a new version combining the best of 7.2 and the latest version, please holler. Having Displayfusion work with Citrix is more important to me at the moment than having it work on the 4K monitor, so I'll stick with version 7.2 for now.
Thanks!
