I use a cloud app that works through Windows RemoteApp. When I add the windows to a Window Profile and activate the profile, the RemoteApp window controls freeze. I can no longer minimize, move, or close the window. I can close it by right-clicking on the taskbar icon. When I re-open it is fine until I use the window profile shortcut again. I am a very new user, so I may be missing something very simple. Thanks for your help!
