I don't recall when this started happening but restarting Windows Explorer from task manager no longer fixes issues with DF like when it's frozen (e.g., unable to select anything on the DF taskbars). In the past this would always work and DF would also restart itself (I think?) but now it doesn't do that and the DF taskbars just disappear. I have to exit DF and run it again. Running it again also gives an pop up window stating it's already running and if I want to replace the currently running DF which I always do and that fixes it but it's still extra steps when in the past it was a simple as restarting WE from task manager.
Here is the file (after refresh) when I restarted explorer and the DF taskbars do not reappear again. I have to close out of DF and then open it up again and selecting to close existing instance and use the new one.

Hi, unfortunately, that did not help. Nothing has changed. I will upload another log when it occurs again.
