As for your poorly phrased question, software on each monitor is dependent on the program, IE mIRC can support multiple instances. Alternatively you can setup windows to display the same screen on both monitors, and that is fully independent of the DF software.

Also, about what seems to talk about having programs start with windows....... That is also fully independent of DF, and I can see DF never bothering with such things.
