Hi,

I want to have the same shortcuts on both taskbars. Where is this setting?

Right Click on the DF taskbar and select Settings. Click on the Taskbar tab then change the dropdown under Taskbar Mode from All taskbars show relevant windows to All Taskbars Show all Windows then click OK.
That should do it.

That only makes open windows show up on both taskbars. I want the shortcuts, i.e. pinned items, to be the same on both bars.

Until Admin comes along with an easier answer one way to do this is open the app in question and move it to the second screen then right click its shortcut and select Pin To taskbar. That will of course force the app/program to open on the screen that you click the shortcut (it does on my machine) but at least you will have the option of which screen you want the app to open.
Is that what you meant?

Well, it would still be neat to have the taskbars automatically sync pinned items so I don't have to add and arrange them manually. Same thing with the order of non-pinned items.

Ok, I've added your vote to that open feature request as well :)

Thanks!
