Hi,
I did a backup at 4:48pm today and re-installed Windows 10.
I then re-installed the app, logged into my account, applied license and restored settings.
Hot keys appear to be missing, saved monitor profiles, etc.
Is this a known bug? I even thought it might because I'm always using a beta version but if I recall, there's currently no new beta and we're all on the same version?
The file is a 188kb export.

To confirm, the export process definitely worked fine, the exported file has all my profiles in it, like.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\MonitorProfiles\2be24dac-bdb2-40ab-8b0e-395a40d875b1]
"Name"="1920 All 3"
"WallpaperProfileID"="00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000"
"DesktopIconsProfileID"="00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000"
"AudioPlaybackMM"=""
"AudioPlaybackCOM"=""
That's something I specifically made and named.

Also of interest, on importing my settings, my DF reverts to non pro edition for some reason and I need to re-reg it?
Sounds like the license key that's in the Settings backup isn't being accepted, so it's reverting to free and disabling any Pro features. Can you check that the license key in the .reg file is correct?

The problem seems to be incredibly poor design on behalf of Microsoft. You must shift, right click, run as administrator with Display Fusion, in order to get it to import the reg keys. Despite the fact the default user IS an administrator AND with UAC disabled....
Ridiculous, not your fault though.
Thanks
Ok, no worries. Glad to hear you were able to get it sorted out!
