Is there a way to have monitor arrangement save so when the computer is rebooted the monitors don't have to be rearranged? I have a Win11 PC with 4 4K monitors. Two are off the onboard display ports and the other two off a USB to HDMI adapter. I set them up how I need in a 2x2 grid but every time the computer reboots they are arrange in a row.

Our monitor profiles will do that for you, we have a guide on creating them here: https://www.displayfusion.com/HelpGuide/WorkingWithDisplayFusionMonitorProfiles/

How do I get that profile to automatically load when rebooted or by the user? I've created a monitor profile in DisplayFusion but when rebooting it's apparently not loading.

You can create a trigger that runs the profile when DisplayFusion starts, we have a guide on creating triggers here: https://www.displayfusion.com/HelpGuide/Triggers/
