DisplayFusion doesn't do any scaling/adjusting itself when application windows are moved to other monitors, we leave that up to Windows to do

If two monitors are the same scaling level, but different physical sizes and/or resolutions, the window will look like it's a different size, because of the different physical "pixels per inch" of the display.

If two monitors are different scaling levels, then Windows will rescale the window when you move it.
