Hi there,
I am hoping it isn't just me out there who would like this feature.

In the screensaver there is the "Show Image Path" option, which is nice, but I would really love if it could go one step further and add the ability to just show the parent folder name that the image is in.

I use it to display my photos, and I have each image in a sub-folder for the various locations or events.
Just displaying that folder name would just be so much more appealing then the entire image path.

Thanks!

I've added this to our feature request list and we'll be sure to let you know if/when we're able to implement it in a future version :)

Thanks!

Has there been any progress on this? In addition to the original query, it would be nice to have a lot more control over what is shown, for example:
  • Top level of folder to list (e.g. leave out "D:\Photos\Ssaver\" and only list the folders within the Ssaver folder)
  • Custom text between folders instead of "\"
  • Display folder names in reverse order
I'm sure there's plenty of other features that could be added too, as in the Desktop Wallpaper app.

This is unfortunately pretty low priority for us at the moment, but I will add your vote and requests to the open ticket as well :)

Thanks!
