I could use some help. I am trying to use the screen saver function on my two TV/Monitors. I am using windows 10 64bit. I set the timer for the screen saver and it never comes on. The preview works, but when I wait for the screen saver to come on it never does. I am using a different screen saver for each TV. I tried running only one screen saver and it still did not come on. I have also restarted the computer several times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jeremy,

If you disable the screensaver through DisplayFusion and set it up through Windows, does it work there?

Thanks!

How do I do that. When I go to the screen saver in windows all it does is allow me to set the slandered options. I do not see anything that allows me to select a new screen saver or to add DF.

Hi Jeremy,

We're just looking to setup a built in screen saver through Windows to see if it will start. You can uncheck "Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Screen Saver" in the DisplayFusion Settings window, and then head to the Windows Screen Saver Settings. Pick any screensaver you'd like from the built in list, and set the "Wait" timer to 1 minute, and see if it starts.

Thanks!

So I did as you suggested. However the screen saver still would not work. After searching online I found out that a common issues is having a controller plugged in. I unplugged the controller and now the screen saver function works. Thank you for helping me.
