Good day, I have DisplayFusion Pro 10.1.2, and I'm unable to set my main screen to the left. Even tho I have my 1.1 and 1.2 set properly, as soon as I click the Win, it open on the right side.
Also, my taskbar main set up is set to the right, like if it doesn't recognize my larger screen display.

In the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings, you can set the "Force Primary Monitor ID" under "Monitor Configuration" to specify which split is the primary.
