And I can't get my second monitor to show a second screensaver.

The Picasa screensaver should work fine. Could you attach a copy of your Troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the Copy to Clipboard button
Open Notepad, paste the text, and save the file
Reply with the text file attached
