Hi all ive got a surface pro 11 connected to a iiyama touchscreeen monitor via a surface dock 2.
When the DF screensaver starts over the 2 screens its fine, but after approximately 5 mins the external monitor stops showing the screensaver and a message comes on the screen saying "no signal", then "searching", then it goes blank.
it works fine until the screensaver gets involved. anyone had this or know the issue please?
It sounds like the monitor is going to sleep and disconnecting from the system. In the Windows Settings > System > Power > Screen and sleep, what are your sleep settings set to?
