Hi Alan,

Is DisplayFusion crashing, or the SecCopy.exe application?

Thanks!

Hi there, apologies I should have been clear on that point. The SecCopy.exe application crashes. versions are DF 9.9 and SC9 9.0.0.3.

Thanks,

Hi Alan,

Thanks for confirming. Is this a free application that I can test out on my end? If so, can you send me over a link to the download?

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply.

Here's a link to the download, the package has a 30 day evaluation period.

If needed though I can happily help with any testing you need.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for sending that over. Can you also send me a screenshot of the trigger you're using to move the window?

Thanks!

Hi Alan,

I tested this out on my end but I can't seem to reproduce anything. Could you send me over a video of the issue happening?

Thanks!

Hi Owen,
Apologies for the delay in responding.
Please find attached a flv file showing the behaviour; my screen is in portrait mode hence the odd aspect in addition to the very poor resolution (the original was 90Mb but my converter was a tad harsh).
After a couple of false starts I reproduced the issue, hopefully that provides a frame of reference to work from.
Regards,
Alan

Hi Alan,

Thanks for sending that over. I was able to reproduce this on my end, so I've added it to our list to look into. We'll see if there's anything on our end we can do to fix that up :)

Thanks!

Hi Alan,

This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
