Recently (I suspect after the last Windows 10 update) the taskbar on my second monitor is now not the color of the primary monitor and is not aero. The date, time, and day are not visible on the second monitor, unless I hover my mouse over them.
I am using Classic Start, but have also tried Open Start. Both produce the black taskbar. When I turn these off, the taskbar turns to gray on the second monitor.

Hey Robert,
Are you using the Display Fusion taskbar on your primary or secondary monitor?
Thanks!
I think it's on both. When I click Multi-monitor taskbar on either monitor I have different options.Right clicking the taskbar on primary monitor "Taskbar Settings" takes m to the Windows settings. Right clicking on the second monitor taskbar gives me the Display Fusion settings. Maybe it is on that one(?) How would I know?
I think the problem is in Classic-Shell/Open-Shell. When I disable that program, The second monitor goes to a light gray and I can get it back to color in the Windows Color settings.
Hey Robert,
If you open up the classic shell settings and disable the option to adjust the taskbar colour, does that fix it?
Thanks!
That seems to have solved the problem. Thanks!
Oddly, though, the taskbar on the main monitor is no longer transparent. The second monitor is, but the main monitor is not. I do have transparency turned on in the Settings.
