I searched through the discussions but couldn't find anything to address this, and I'm aware that I might be asking for a feature. Anyway...

I have two monitors (1920x1200 and 3440x1440), and I'd like to control the slideshow on each monitor separately: sometimes I want to keep the wallpaper on one monitor but change it on the other.

Yes, I can configure each monitor's slideshow separately already, but what I'd like to do is to have each monitor's slideshow paused* and just pick a random new image for one of the monitors whenever I feel like it.

So I really don't want a slideshow for each monitor, I just want to be able to pick a random image for each monitor from a different folder.

* There doesn't seem to be a way to keep a slideshow paused, so I just set the interval to a really large value.

Hi Richard,

If I understand correctly, you want to only have the slideshow change images when you manually load it, rather then automatically on an interval timer?

Thanks!

Thanks, Owen. Yes, I want the randomness of the slideshow, only I want to advance to the next image on each monitor manually.

Hi Richard,

This is currently on our feature request list, so I've added your vote to it. We'll be sure to let you know if/when we're able to implement it in the future.

Thanks!
