Per title, I use a TV as my "main" monitor in windows regularly for gaming and as it's further away from the couch I use a higher display scaling of 125% rather than 100%, attempting to click the system tray results in the system tray displaying incorrectly with most of the items being outside the usable area. This occurs regardless of if the display scaling is set in DisplayFusion or Windows settings itself, screenshot attached. Apologies if this is a known issue.

We are aware of this issue and we have it on our list to look into. We'll let you know if we're able to get it fixed up in the future.
