I've had this setting enabled since forever and never had a problem. After the 11.0 Beta 5 update it stopped working. I tried rebooting the system and checked my settings with no luck. I went back to Beta 4 and it just worked as soon as DisplayFusion started.

Here's what Beta 4 gives me and what I want from Beta 5:
