A feature of display fusion is to only show the programs on the screen as 'active', and programs on other screens appear inactive, even if they are running on a different screen.

The default windows 10 behavior is to always display active programs on the 'main' display, even if they are on different tabs, is there a way that this can be turned back as the default setting for display fusion?

If I'm reading your request correctly, it sounds like you want the Windows taskbar to show all open programs, and the DisplayFusion taskbar to show only the ones on that monitor. If that's correct, on the Settings > Taskbar tab, change the Taskbar Mode option to "Windows taskbar shows all, DisplayFusion shows relevant"

Hope that helps!
