Is there a way to silent install (I have tried /S to no avail, pops up with Choose your Language) and silently push settings I want for all the machines?

Maybe I should clarify
I have 10 workstations that I will need to silently install to in a domain network.
When trying to install with the /S switch it pops up and asks what language, hardly a silent install (I could be doing something wrong, correct me please if so)
Once we get that fixed, and I can install it silently is there any way to force default settings so that all these workstations have settings that are consistent within the network and as trained for the employees?

Sorry if the first post didn't make sense
Look forward to your reply

I just switched the installer software I used, so I'm in the process of updating the documentation. Also, if you are interested in doing workstation deployments you will be pleased to know that I am also working on an MSI package option as well. Both will be done and ready this week. Thanks!

I have released the MSI package, and cleared up the documentation. You can find it here:

Thanks!
