I have not been able to get the Windows 8 settings to work on Windows 8 Pro 64. It seems to ignore those options. Is there something else I need to set in order to get them to work. It says it is using Classic Start menu 3.6.2.

I noticed if I install Classic Shell and use it to manage Windows 8 settings, it works ok. The settings are still ignored if I set them in Display Fusion though.

I noticed that the beta version of Display Fusion doesn't bundle Classic Shell. Will that be true for the release version as well? If so will the settings for Classic Shell be managed by Display Fusion?

The Classic Shell settings, among other issues were a result of our custom bundled implementation. Starting with DisplayFusion 5.0 Beta 2 and higher, you'll need to have Classic Shell installed, and all of the settings will need to be configured using the Classic Shell settings. DisplayFusion effectively just moves the Classic Start Menu to the DisplayFusion taskbar when necessary.

Thanks!

No problem. I will use the Beta and the seperate install of Classic Shell. I use Paragon Hard Disk Suite to image and restore my system so it is easy for me to try diffrent things with sofwtare and have a clear recovery path.
