Slideshow is using the same image for all monitors

A bit confused with this one, as I have it set to a randomized slideshow, but, like the title says, it's all the same image.

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
