First of all, congratulations for being the first software with multimonitor windows 7 style taskbar.

Well, testing the 3.0.5 new release, I saw some details you may already know, but here they are anyway:

1. Bold rendering on taskbar:
As you can see, bold fonts render kinda fuzzy. Win7 doesn't bold any item on the superbar (may be I can disable the bold thing myself, in that case I didn't find the option).

Example: Check the active Windows Live Messenger font and compare with the rest.

2. Item restore on fail:
When the program fails and it's forced to close, items on the secondary monitor taskbar aren't restored to the main monitor taskbar, so you have to get them by Alt+Tab or those common commands.

3. Item location when opening anything:
When I open anything that is asigned to appear on the secondary monitor, the item appears first on the main monitor taskbar and then (milliseconds obiously) goes to the secondary monitor taskbar.

Well, those are some details I saw on this new release, and I really hope you take this for good, my only intention here is to help you be better.

Here is my system info in case you need it for anything:

Ok... just to be sure, did anyone of the Binary Fortress Team read anything of this?

It may just be me, but that doesn't look like bold text, but two text labels "nearly" on top of each other... :-P

Sorry, I did read this and should have posted that I'm investigating the issue. Just out of curiosity, can you try using a different window colour and colour intensity and see if the issue still exists? Thanks!

I tried changing the window colour and colour intensity but the issue remains.

I took some new snaps:

If you take a good look, all the Windows 7 taskbar items look fine (obiously), but the only DisplayFusion taskbar item that looks fine, is the Active, the rest maybe are not bold but there's a small detail on borders, is kinda fuzzy.

BTW, I'm talking about the font!

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion forum, this topic is being locked and archived because it applies to an older version of DisplayFusion. If you are using the latest version of DisplayFusion and would still like some assistance, please create a new topic and I'll be happy to help you out. Thanks! :)
