So I got two monitors hooked up, one 1920x1080 to my GTX 1060 6GB and one 1366x766 VGA to my MOBO so the second monitor is using the integrated graphic card, some games run perfectly with no trouble but some games run at high fps and lag and I don't know what's the problem. I did make sure that this is the problem by hooking my HDMI TV as my secondary monitor and running the games that were lagging and there was no lag.

Edit: I closed DF and lag was gone so the problem is being caused by DF unfortunately

It is completely random and not continuous
