The "Span window across all monitors" feature no work normally with notepad window on my monitors configuration, but move windows to next/previous monitor is ok. The notepad window just max and restore on same monitor.

I have the same issues as the OP. I think the issues is having monitors span in both directions (monitors to the right and above the primary). The feature works if I lay out my profile so that all 4 monitors are in a row (4x1). The feature doesn't work (only maximizes to the primary monitor) when I have my monitors as a 2x2.
