Hello everyone

I have a 57” Samsung monitor that I would like to split into several ‘physical’ monitors using Display Fusion. I have made the desired division in the screen configuration and DF also recognizes this. However, my Windows 11 still shows me the monitor in full resolution with 7680*2160 instead of the desired 4 monitors.

My goal is to be able to select “Monitor 1.3” as the default monitor and then run a game in full screen mode, for example, while Chat / OBS / Preview are visible on the left and right.

Can someone help me here, thank you very much.

Unfortunately Windows won't see our splits natively, and we aren't able to constrain full screen applications to our splits.

Sorry!

Thank you for the unfortunate news. Are there plans for this to work at some point? There are more and more of these ultrawide monitors.

Windows seeing our splits isn't possible due to technical limitations at the moment. Constraining full screen apps is on our feature request list, but not likely to come in the near future.
