So ive been using this for years. I just recently broke down and bought an ultra wide screen for my home pc, its still on windows 10, so I used DF to split the screen into three, just for windows management. Being able to have the windows take up 1/3 of the screen or full screen is great, just hold down shift when I hit maxamize is awesome. But is there a way to have like a alt+shift to have the window take up 2 of the 3 divisions instead of having to manualy adjust it to cover 2/3rds?

You can create a custom function that moves the window to the top left of the left monitor, and then set the width/height to the two splits combined.

We have a guide on creating custom functions here: https://www.displayfusion.com/HelpGuide/CustomFunctions/

Hope that helps!

Hello!

I am trying to split my monitor into 2 displays. I have been able to do this and even have tasks bars at the bottom.

What I cannot seem to do is have the "snapped" windows treat the split as actual monitors and stay "full size". They just look as if I used windows snap feature, not like I have 2 monitors.

Is what I am asking even possible?

We don't support constraining full screen windows to our splits, but we do have this open on our feature request list so I've added your vote to it.

Thanks!
