My original goal is to simply have window snapping in 1/3's of my monitor because I have a 21:9 ultrawide and it's way too big for just halves.

However, I could not figure out whether it was possible to make a "window snapping" profile in 1/3s instead of the default windows (halves).

I actually did figure out how to make custom "desktop splits" which does sorta solve my problem, but it actually does split the *Desktop* in thirds which results in wherever I am, the start menu is always coming up in the middle (Which is annoying).

Is there a way to simply have edge snapping windows perform 1/3s fullscreen? Or at least fix the start menu coming up in the middle all the time?

Update: Well, I have to reiterate my statement. After my desktop crashed (because I mine overnight and turning off monitors and back on tends to crash explorer.exe desktop) and restored itself, the Start Menu actually works as intended, so I am really happy with everything as is right now.

Start menu opens on the bottom left corner in active window, and on my secondary monitor, the start menu opens in the left corner as well!

Glad to hear it's working now! Alternatively, if you want to use a single taskbar but still keep the application windows in the splits, you can disable the "Taskbars" checkbox in the "Use these features with splits" section of the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window.

I actually already had "taskbars" unchecked which is why confused me. Even with that option unchecked and all monitors had one taskbar, I was still seeing the start menu pop up in the very middle (where the "bonus taskbar" would have been, if it was left checked)

I guess it took a restart/explorer.exe refresh to fix all changes.
